How long does shipping take for fresh coffee?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for drip, espresso, or French press.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Where are your coffee beans sourced?
We source high-quality, ethically traded beans from premier growing regions around the world, including Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can manage your subscription through your account portal at any time to change your delivery frequency, swap flavors, or cancel your recurring order.
